If you are selling your home, make sure you respond to every offer. Each offer deserves to be acknowledged. If you took the time to write an offer, you would want a response of some kind. And it never hurts to tell the buyer what price and terms you are willing to accept. Failure to respond closes the door to any
possible agreement.
