Join the smart-money people … Invest in a homeRecently, I heard a local radio talk show host discussing the advantages of renting a place to live. He was positive that now is not the time to purchase a home. He was positive that now is not the time to purchase a home. The host stated that renters did not have to pay for repairs, updates, or taxes on their houses or apartments. In his opinion, renting was definitely "the way to go" for the next five to seven years.
