Seller’s market in Texas: What’s a buyer to do?

Overnight, it seems, many areas in the Lone Star State are now seller’s markets, where demand for homes is outpacing the supply. This situation lends itself to full-price offers, over-full-price offers, and even bidding wars. It’s obviously good for Texans who’ve put their home on the market. They can usually expect their home to sell relatively quickly … without having to make many, if any, seller concessions.

But what about homebuyers? If you’re in the market to buy a home in a seller’s market, what can (should) you do?
