The Central Texas housing market continued its momentum in May, as sales of existing homes soared 25% while the median home price rose 10% to $215,000, according to the Austin Board of REALTORS®. This was the 12th straight month of year-over-year sales increases, and the fourth month in a row that the median sales price increased compared to the same month of the prior year.
