An analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data by The Business Journals’ On Numbers shows that the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington area ranked 4th in the nation for the number of large businesses in the city with 434 large businesses, followed by Houston at No. 8 with 357 large businesses. A company must have at least 500 employees to be considered a large business. Read more at the Houston Business Journal.
