The Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® (PBBOR) is looking for an Association Executive (AE) to lead and manage the organization. The PBBOR Executive is responsible to the Board of Directors (BOD) for the effective conduct of the affairs of the Association. The AE recommends and participates in formulating the PBBOR mission, goals, objectives, and related policies. Within that framework, the AE plans, organizes, coordinates, controls, and directs PBBOR staff, programs, and activities.
