Texas REALTORS® has been recognized by multiple organizations, including the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Austin American-Statesman, for stewardship in real estate, excellence among its employees and more in 2020.
“The 140,000-plus members, affiliates and staff of Texas REALTORS® work tirelessly to earn our places as trusted brokerage service professionals to our fellow Texans and to advocate for public policy that strengthens and protects real estate ownership opportunities throughout the Lone Star State,” said Cindi Bulla, 2020 Chairman of Texas REALTORS®. “We are honored to receive this recognition and pledge our continued pursuit of excellence. Texas REALTORS® has been named a Top Workplace by the Austin American-Statesman for the second year in a row. The publication partners with a national survey group, Energage, to conduct anonymous surveys of employees to identify organizations that stand out for their leadership, vision, employee-centered culture and other desirable qualities.
The Texas REALTORS® Global Committee was honored with NAR’s Platinum Global Achievement Program Award for 2020. This program was designed to honor and reward the most active local and statewide associations in global business. Earning Platinum two years in a row, the Texas REALTORS® global committee was recognized for setting the highest standards in business planning, marketing and communications, events and education, outreach and benchmarking.
The Texas REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) was awarded NAR’s YPN Network of the Year Award for the first time ever. This award goes to groups or committees that go above and beyond to involve, recruit and represent young professionals in the real estate industry and live up to the goals and missions of NAR’s Young Professionals Network.
Finally, Texas REALTORS® was recognized for its participation in the 2020 C2EX Challenge, a competition for state REALTORS® associations that ran from June 1 to Oct. 15 that encouraged members to earn their Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsements. Based on participation by its members, Texas REALTORS® was one of the top two states in the Mega Association category of 30,000+ members. As a result, Texas REALTORS® received a $5,000 grant to further its promotional efforts of NAR’s Commitment to Excellence program.
