"Thanks to the Texas REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation community partnership with Frameworks Community Development Corporation and their very generous $10,000 grant donation in 2019, we were successfully able to serve and prepare over 560 low– to moderate– families and individuals in Central Texas to “Realize the American Dream” through our Homebuyer Education, Housing Counseling and Financial Literacy Education/Financial Coach programs!

Stephenville Association of REALTORS®

“We have had several Erath County Habitat for Humanity projects going on in Stephenville for several years. Three homes were slated to be built near an area that backed up to a railroad track. I knew that our board wanted to help in any way that we could, so I filled out the TARHOF application. It wasn’t long before I had talked to Hunter Jackson. Within several months, TARHOF had sent $5,000 to us to present to the Erath County Habitat for Humanity project that was currently being built.
