About Me

Before I was a licensed agent I was employed by a petroleum refining company and was asked to do the financial modeling for the sale of all company owned assets including convenience stores and terminals throughout the United States. In addition, I was responsible for environmental activity in 13 states. At the same time my wife, Marilyn, was managing a residential property management company and together we set up the financial perimeters in property management for success. When the sale of the refining company was complete, I asked Marilyn for a job. She said “free help” and the partnership was formalized. She was focused on residential sales and leasing… No property management. We are a small boutique real estate company with the two of us. We spend as much time giving back to our community and our profession as we do in sales and leasing. Our average sale prices are in the $250k to $500k range and our investors have lease properties that span the $1,500 to $8,000 per month range. We have listed and sold/leased properties throughout the Houston MSA.
