Real estate is the only profession Cathy Treviño has ever known, and she wouldn’t want it any other way. Representing a solid mix of clients but specializing in listings, Cathy is licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma. Since 1997, she has been dedicating her career to helping motivated real estate agents grow theirs.

The native Houstonian operates largely on four tenets: her integrity, which has always guided how she lives and works, her dedication to excellent customer service, her drive to ensure her agents’ well-being, and an ongoing commitment to education that enables her to bring new concepts to her team. Cathy’s many credentials include Texas Realtors® Leadership Program (TRLP), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Shortsale Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). She also serves as the Regional Vice President for Texas Realtors®, the Chair-Elect for the Houston Association of Realtors®, and a Board Director for the National Association of Realtors®. Her voluntary work with these associations has helped her achieve a level of success for her agents and clients that she believes she would not have been able to reach otherwise.

Due to Cathy’s growth-oriented nature, she’s thrilled to have joined forces with Side, a San Francisco-based technology brokerage, as their Managing Broker in Texas. She’s also partnering with them through Loyal Texas Properties, her boutique real estate brand. Side exclusively works with industry-defining agents to support their business development through state-of-the-art marketing, technology, and administrative services.
