Katie is a graduate of Texas A&M where she earned a degree in Leadership and Development. Katie puts her ample knowledge to work as serves as the Past President of our local MLS board.

As a life-long resident of the Brazos Valley, Katie has a vested interest in the local community and is driven both personally and professionally to improve the lives of the people around her. As a native of Iola, Katie has extensive knowledge of the rural areas surrounding Bryan-College Station, particularly Grimes County. Her experiences in rural real estate transactions over the past decade have made her one of the area’s leading rural property specialists.

Katie is a Texas Realtor Leadership Program graduate of 2016 and serves as a Board of Director for Voices for Children, BCS Regional Association of Realtors MLS, Grimes County Health Resource Commission, and Iola Cemetery Association, and an advisory member of her church business committee.
