About Me

Christine Chau is the founder and broker of Texas Urban Realty, a boutique, full-service Austin-based real estate company that specializes in residential sales, investments, leasing, and property management, as well as commercial real estate leasing. Christine has a passion for helping people achieve their personal and investment real estate goals, as well as an extensive, hand-selected network to ensure all of her clients – whether first-time homebuyers or investors with dozens of properties – have a successful experience.

Christine is an Austin Board of Realtors® Director and ABOR Foundation Committee Chair, the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Policy Chair, and the Sigma Phi Omega Charitable Foundation Director of Development. Christine is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). She also holds a mortgage license.

Christine’s real estate expertise includes new home sales, commercial leasing contracts, multi-family investments, restaurant business brokerage, and more. Within the real estate industry, Christine dedicates much of her efforts to education and networking and is a guest speaker at a number of events every year.

As a wife, mother, daughter, friend, Texas native, and Longhorn (hook ‘em), she enjoys spending her leisure time trying new restaurants, traveling, and supporting local businesses.
