I’m Victor Chelf, a Broker Associate and REALTOR at Coldwell Banker United REALTORS. I’ve been helping people with their important real estate decisions since 2002. Yes, I’m a top producing real estate agent with over $100 million in closed sales. Yes, I’ve taken lots of classes, earned lots of awards and accolades, and am regarded as a local market expert. But, that’s not really important – or really of any interest to you – is it?

I love my chosen career. I have a degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and I embrace leading edge technology combined with old-fashioned integrity and customer service. I’m thorough, meticulous, dependable, and persistent. I represent both sellers and buyers – and specialize in the greater NW Houston area. I’ve been a Houston resident since 1982. My clients say I’m customer focused and enjoyable to work with. I’ve been married to the same lady for over 30 years. Our only child graduated from Baylor University in 2016 – and he is now a member of my real estate team! Yes, I’m one proud and honored Dad.
