I started out in real estate in 2004. In 2009, I pursued one of my goals and attended law school in Oklahoma, where I earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. After 15 years in the real estate industry, and having been involved in millions of dollars’ worth of both commercial and residential transactions, I am focused on serving other and providing them with tools and training to help them succeed both from a real estate and legal prospective.

About Me

Damond is a coach and speaker to individuals and groups interested in commercial and residential real estate, as well as agricultural and real estate development. As an award-winning real estate professional and Broker, Damond became recognized by The Texas Real Estate Commission as a thought leader and education provider after earning his law degree and MBA. He managed subsidiary real estate brokerages and led career development trainings from conceptualization to design, implementation and sales.
