About Me
Nora Sanchez is a real estate agent proudly serving the Greater Houston Area. She specializes in helping clients buy and sell from existing homes in the inner loop to new construction homes in the surrounding areas.
Over the course of her 14 year real estate career, Nora has built a successful network of repeat and referral business as a result of her client-first approach, which she notes, “starts with listening carefully to understand my client’s wants and needs.” With the client’s goals outlined, and armed with her top-notch negotiation skills, Nora is able to guide first-time buyers and seasoned investors through buying and selling with grace.
Prior to launching her real estate career in 2006, Nora was a valued asset to executives and senior management for Oil and Gas Corporations. It was this role that Nora attributes to her preparedness for a career in real estate. “My experience and insight taught me to problem-solve, project-manage, and multi-task at a high level of efficiency and accuracy”. After earning her license, she continued working full-time while developing her real estate business in evenings and on weekends for many years. In 2018, Nora took the leap to full-time real estate salesperson.
Although she considers herself a native Houstonian, Nora immigrated from Mexico at the young age of six. Nora is passionate about cooking and supporting local Houston restaurants, as she studied Culinary Science at Art Institute of Houston and went on to work in the city’s famous restaurant industry. Over the years, Nora has also enjoyed participating in fundraising for several charitable causes. During her spare time, she can be found spending time with her teenage daughter, and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
