My Experience began in 1985 and has continued from there. I became Licensed in California in 2004 and Texas in 2005. I have been blessed to purchase my own investment properties and manage properties of out of state Investors. Educating my Clients is very important to be to ensure that they are well informed before they make one of the most biggest purchases in their life. I also believe that every Client that is eligible and qualifies for assistant should take advantage of it to reduce their monthly payment as well as the principal loan amount.
I have a passion to help Veterans and Ex Offenders to become Home Owners so that they too can leave a legacy to their families.

About Me

I am a Retired Peace Officer from the California Dept. of Corrections were I invested 20 years of service. Soon after retiring, I began a full time career as a Realtor and later on became a Broker. In doing so, I not only work with clients to sell or purchase homes, I work with individuals who would like to become an investors to build their Real Estate Portfolio (Generational Wealth Building).
