Deanna Garza is an avid communicator who has an innate ability to listen to her clients’ individual needs and help them achieve their goals. Well traveled and culturally aware, Deanna has a keen understanding of diverse lifestyles and a genuine commitment to find each client’s ideal property. By providing accurate, current information on relevant listings and their distinguishing characteristics, she is able to educate buyers and sellers, and help build their confidence with regard to the decisions they make. In addition to being personable and professional, she is persistent and passionate in following through until everyone’s needs are successfully met. As a Texas native, Deanna moved to Austin in 1998 and attended St. Edwards University on a soccer goalkeeping scholarship. She began her career in residential real estate in 2007, while working at Whole Foods Market Global Headquarters. In her time there, she excelled in retail and corporate on the Supply Chain Accounting team and commercial real estate lease auditing team. Staying focused and following a strict time management schedule allowed her to help consult hundreds of her colleagues and referrals close on both leasing and residential deals.

After leaving the corporate world, Deanna was able to pursue her true passion in real estate full time and helped local Austin developers and investors list, buy, and reserve new modern-contemporary construction town-homes and condos in south and east Austin. In addition to these town-homes, Deanna has closed transactions on a variety of properties, which include single-family homes and condos in West Austin, South Austin, UT Area, East Austin, North Austin, Buda, Kyle, Taylor, and Round Rock.

As a downtown Austin resident, Deanna loves what the city offers. In her free time, she enjoys jogging Lady Bird Lake, viewing art, exploring Austin’s fun restaurant scene, and traveling. She also enjoys volunteering with various local community organizations.

Deanna holds a degree in Advertising and minor in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
