Wayne Rutledge is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and the owner of RUTLEDGE REAL ESTATE LLC, operating as RUTLEDGE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. His firm specializes in a wide range of real estate opportunities, encompassing both commercial and residential sectors, with expertise in sales, industrial, office, and retail transactions. They are actively involved in various real estate activities, including property acquisitions, exchanges, purchases, and leasing transactions.

Wayne’s professional journey began in the retail auto finance industry, where he gained experience working for prominent companies such as GMAC, Bank One, and CitiBank. However, he transitioned into the real estate field and obtained his Texas Real Estate Sales License in 2007. He further solidified his career in commercial real estate by working with his father at Ed Rutledge Associates for five years, ultimately securing his Texas Real Estate Broker License. In 2012, Wayne and his wife Laurie founded RUTLEDGE REAL ESTATE LLC, which also operates under the name RUTLEDGE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE.

In addition to his real estate career, Wayne is actively involved in various community and professional organizations. He has served on the board of directors for several entities, including the Eastpoint Property Owners Association in Baytown, the Klein Oak Strutters Booster Club, and the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he holds positions on the board of directors for the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Network (BACREN) and the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership (BAHEP).

In his leisure time, Wayne enjoys a variety of hobbies, including traveling, landscaping, and golf. He has also achieved impressive athletic accomplishments, being recognized as a Legacy Runner for completing 35 marathons in the CHEVRON HOUSTON MARATHON. Additionally, he has participated in the ARAMCO HALF MARATHON for eight consecutive years, showcasing his commitment to fitness and personal interests outside his professional life.
