Although I do not complete appraisals anymore, I have kept my appraisal license current. My clients appreciate the fact that because of my background I can reasonably value their property for sale or purchase. I also make it a point to contact my clients every week and let them know how the sales process is going in relation to their property. I am always av ailable to talk to and answer any questions.
