Cathie is no stranger to the world of Real Estate. She has extensive experience in personal real estate transactions, including buying, selling, “flipping”, property management and real estate investing. Cathie also worked in the banking industry for many years and brings her knowledge of lending to this arena. Since being licensed in Texas as a realtor she has been a consistent Multi-million dollar producer. Cathie has brought her negotiating and problem solving skills to various real estate venues including farm and ranch, commercial and residential sales and listings. In 2017 Cathie joined the Ebby Halliday management team opening their new Prosper|Celina location.
In her free time Cathie enjoys spending time with her 7 children and six grandchildren (no typo there, 6 girls and 1 boy, with two still at home!). She loves riding Harley’s with her husband, singing, being involved in her church and is a certified Scuba diver.
