Joe has experience in assisting buyers with new construction and existing homes. He led his company to build the first new construction home in his home town in 20 years. He also was selected to assist with a new home project to increase the number of new homes in a rural community.
Joe also has experience revitalizing rural downtown areas. He led actions to buy and renovate a vacant building and began offering community events to bring traffic into the area.
Joe is an expert real estate broker and has knowledge across many aspects of real estate to include residential, commercial, investing, and land.
About Me
Joe Austin II is the Founder / Broker of Austin Luxury Realty Services. Prior to real estate, he served in the Air Force retiring as a Major after faithfully serving our country for 18+ years. He held a variety of roles ranging from aircraft maintenance to program management and directed programs in excess of $300M.
An interesting fact is that Joe entering the Air Force immediately after graduating high school and attended college during his off-duty time. His actions allowed him to graduate with his Bachelor’s degree within 4 years all while serving on military active duty!
Joe has a strong fascination with aviation. Two memorable days of his life were the first time he flew an aircraft solo and also when he became an FAA Licensed Private Pilot. His dream was to become an Air Force pilot, and despite being selected for Air Force Pilot Training, his path was altered and helped him become who he is today. When not assisting clients, he enjoys flying and has been called “Flying Broker”.
Joe is determined to help as many people reach their lifetime goals. He is always available to mentor and provide a wisdom nugget. While serving in the Air Force and purchasing multiple properties, Joe II decided to pursue real estate and assist others. His goal is to share the knowledge he gained both personally and professionally with others and allow them to fulfill their real estate dreams.
Joe had a solid professional career as a Global/Senior Procurement Associate with ExxonMobil for 3.5 years where he utilized his military Program Management and Contract Negotiation skills saving the company millions and providing an economic advantage on the portfolio of contracts he managed. He still utilizes theses skills to ensure his clients are properly taken care of.
Joe is an author of two finance books, Generational Wealth Builder and Money Grows On Trees…If You Plant The Right Seeds. He thoroughly explains the process of home buying and building wealth. While Joe is a very knowledgeable real estate professional, his overall goal is to help you achieve all of your goals.
