Jennifer Franke is a successful realtor in DFW producing multimillion-dollar real estate sales each year. She has vast experience in both residential & commercial real estate.
Starting her career in the mortgage industry, she has spent the last decade in residential and commercial sales and leasing. She has experience in historical conversions, condominiums, multi-family developments and farm & land sales. She works with a variety of clients and properties including the development and sales of Dickson-Jenkins Lofts & Plaza in Fort Worth’s historic Near Southside.
Jennifer attributes much of her success to the work ethic & resilience learned by her experience as the child of a military family who moved frequently. That experience taught her to quickly adapt to changing circumstances & how to quickly approach people & make new friends and colleagues. She also learned to persistently work through problems that might seem like permanent roadblocks to others. Jennifer has a special place in her heart for military families that need real estate help in the local area and working with all types of buyers, sellers & investors is easy for her.
