Rob Wendt has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate as a broker, developer and asset manager. Since beginning his career in 1982, Rob has completed a wide variety of transactions, including the negotiation of over 5 million sf of leases and the development of over 3 million sf of industrial buildings in various markets in Texas and northern Mexico.
Prior to joining Development 2000 in 2019, Rob worked with Real Estate Investment Trusts ProLogis and Verde Realty and with commercial real estate brokerage firms Cushman & Wakefield, Centric Commercial and Hardin Corporation.
Rob serves with several professional and community organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR) as a Board Member and the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Round Rock as Vice Chairman.
Rob has a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin; he is the father of five children and has one grandchild and resides in Round Rock, Texas with his wife Kellie.
