About Me

Chantel Born was born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi where she started her real estate career. Eventually she had to put her dreams of real estate on hold. She met her now husband, Mark, who station in Mississippi in the Air Force. They decided to move to Texas where Mark was originally from. Chantel decided to pick back up where she left off following her Real Estate dreams. She was awarded her Texas Real Estate License and begun working in property management and real estate sales. She quickly gained the knowledge and experience needed to successfully grow her portfolio. She took the opportunity to move to Limestone Country Properties, which was a fairly new company at the time. While continuing to provide exceptional service to her clients in sales and property management alike, she achieved her Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. Chantel was offered the opportunity to become Broker for Limestone Country Properties. As with every challenge she has faced, she accepted the offer. In partnership with Marie Gabriel, they work to provide superior real estate services to their clients’ local and around the world. With the support from husband she has found great pleasure in helping military families relocating to Texas, Firefighter families needing to buy or sell and having two children under the age of 5 herself she can relate to all home buyers and sellers needs as their families grow. Chantel continues with great delight to further her education by being part of organizations like National Association of Realtors Property Management (NARPM) and other educational opportunities while still helping with out-reach ministries such as Moms of Preschoolers (MOPS) and Texas GSP Rescue.
