About Me

I take it very seriously that you are making one of the biggest purchases of your life when you purchase a home. Conversely, if you are selling a home, I know how imperative it is for you to net the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time.
“To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money…….and that is SINCERITY AND INTEGRITY”. Let me give you that. I am loyal with a strong work ethic.
I would love to be that person to you and/or your family and friends. Having worked in property management, new construction homes and resale homes, my broad experience is something good for you.
I will listen to what you want and help you to make it happen. My husband was in the Air Force and we traveled all over the world. I became quite proficient at relocating.
North Dallas, Historical Downtown Fort Worth, North Fort Worth, Weatherford, Denton and Gainesville are my main areas. However, I am a country girl and I sell homes on small acreages outside all the above mentioned areas. These properties are “Country Gentlemen/woman” places of twenty acres or less.
GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY:
• Meals On Wheels, Argyle, Texas. Board of Directors, Hospitality and delivering meals.
• Founded two 501-c Non-Profit organizations in Argyle, Texas twenty-five years ago. Both organizations are still going strong. They address the needs of Argyle’s children and the elderly citizens.
• Kids Kwilts Co-Chair, Denton Quilt Guild, Denton, Texas. This community outreach program gives hand-made quilts to all the children at Cumberland Children’s Home. Quilts are also given to Child Protective Services. When a child is taken into protective custody, they have nothing. They are given a new set of clothes, toiletries and one of these quilts.
• Denton Humane Society, Denton, Texas and Recycled Pomeranian Rescue, Garland, Texas. Donations, fundraising and fostering. We have adopted several four legged babies over the years.
• Argyle Chamber of Commerce/Richard Tucker Outstanding Community Service Award in 2002. “For spending years helping people in need and starting programs to help everyone from our school children to our senior citizens”

I have known Nita for over twenty years. The best example I can provide to illustrate Nita’s attributes is with the skills she demonstrated on the Argyle Angel Tree project: The Angel Tree is a huge community project which involves obtaining and distributing gifts to needy families. My first encounter with Nita was during this hectic time period. Nita spearheaded this project for many years. I was always amazed how calm and flexible she remained under an extremely stressful period with a very quick turnaround.
