Since becoming a Texas Real Estate professional in 2013 I have strived to adhere to the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Code of Ethics while continuing my education beyond the basic licensing requirements. In this pursuit I have earned my GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation in 2015. In 2013 and 2016 I completed REALTOR Land Institute (RLI) courses in Land Brokerage and 1031 Tax Exhange respectively. I have also completed the RLI Transitional Lands course in 2018 as I work towards obtaining the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. I completed the Texas Association of REALTORS Instructor Training Institute (ITI) course in September 2018 which will allow me to pursue my passion to assist my colleagues in becoming better educated, and more competent in the profession, while on the path to establishing a higher level of professionalism for the industry as a whole. Most recently, I completed the requirements to earn my C-RETS (Certified Real Estate Team Specialist) and CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker Manager).
About Me
I have been a REALTOR® since 2013 and currently work under Brent McCaskill at Paloma Property Group. My focus is on rural residential, farm & ranch and recreational land properties across North Texas. I earned my GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation in 2015 and my Texas Real Estate Commission Instructor License in 2018. I am an active member of the REALTORS® Land Institute, Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Prior to entering a career in real estate, I spent over 24 years in the sports field and landscape industries where I held a Texas Landscape Irrigation License along with accreditation as a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor with a EPA WaterSense Auditor endorsement. During this time, I worked with various clients at many levels of each industry which afforded me opportunities to learn skills such as contract management, vendor negotiations, personnel management and event scheduling & coordination. I utilize these skills along with my agronomic and horticultural knowledge to help my clients market or purchase property in today’s market.
