Her roots and dedication lie here since her University of Houston Cougar and Houston Community College years. It is those formative, adult years in Houston that allow Wanda to watch, learn and grow with the ever-changing real estate market.

Education comes as second nature to Wanda, being the only child of educators and administrators. The village she was surrounded with shared the same mindset. Wanda actually went back to school at Houston Community College to pursue a real estate career because she had a passion for learning. What does Wanda do with her clients? She listens, understands, protects, defends and educates. She is learning based for herself as well as her clients as she believes in remaining current in the industry by attaining the appropriate designations and attending continuing education classes. Wanda is always thirsty for growth. BOLD (Business Objective: a Life by Design) has been one of Wanda’s favorite business resources.

Being technically savvy spills over in real estate, because Wanda worked in several communication channels/areas during her IT and information security careers. With today’s transfer of information throughout the internet, Wanda is well-versed on the importance of data security. Being the Chairman of the Education and Technology Committee, she is well aware of the importance of using the best digital tools possible to secure real estate transaction information.

Travel and broadening her horizons is key in her personal life. It fuels her spirit. As often as possible, you will find Wanda jetting off to find a good stage play/musical or some delicious jazz. You may find her in Carolina, Pennsylvania, Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, New York, Alabama and just about anywhere seeking some melodious sounds. She has yet to travel abroad and that is definitely on her checklist.
