David specializes in the sale of income property, commercial land, project leasing and tenant representation. With over 30+ years of experience, David has been involved in all phases of the business.
Along with being voted “Best New Retail Development in DFW” for his work with Bass Pro Shops, David has played a fundamental role in assembling valuable tracts of land for retail development on behalf of Costco, Rockwall Independent School District, Direct Development, and Briarwood Capital among many others.
David’s core belief and reason for starting Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate is to bring experienced and professional commercial real estate services to communities outside of Dallas. “We feel there is a tremendous need for quality, community-based service aimed at areas often overlooked by urban-based firms. We view authentic customer service as a daily commitment and don’t believe it can be handled effectively from an hour away or by a local novice.”
David holds a Bachelor of Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis from Texas Tech University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Texas and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
