About Me

Kim Wolle (Wally)

Kim Wolle is a realtor at Realty Austin with a proven track record in residential real estate. She started her career in 2001 working both in the title and mortgage areas. Since getting her license in 2013, she has sold over 290 homes and has obtained her Real Estate Negotiations Expert(RENE) designation.

She strives to make sure her clients have a positive experience using tested systems. She listens, asks questions to assess needs and ultimately solves problems. Education is serious business! She goes above and beyond the required 9 hours/year of required coursework. Instead, she averages 30 hours/year in this area while taking only classes that help her help her clients, not get more clients. For everyone, this means protecting their best interests at all times.

When Kim is not helping people achieve their real estate goals, she spends time with her husband Drew, their daughter Harper and their trusted four-legged lil buddy, Augie. She and her husband own two homes together – she knows the process and what you are going through! She practices yoga on a regular basis, volunteers her time to Meals on Wheels and Foundation Communities in addition to donating her time and part of every commission to Habitat for Humanity.
