I work with both buyers and sellers. When working with buyers, I start with a complimentary consultation meeting to get a clear understanding of what my buyer goals are and for buyer understanding of what services I will provide them starting with going over the timeline of the real estate transaction and guiding them through the many steps and emotions that they might feel going through the stressful process of locating a property they want to make an offer on. Her vast experience in the business has given her knowledge on how to prepare offers in a multiple offer market and slow market. I also knows how to guage the market and recognize how aggressive to write the offer to get the offer accepted. I realizes that locating the property and getting the offer accepted is the easier part of the process and know my experience and continued education will be tested as the more complex hurdles are to follow during this stage of the transaction such as the Option Period, inspection, repair negotiations, survey, finance, appraisal, HOA, special taxation districts, insurance, and title hurdles. All of which I’ve dealt with in other transactions and trained and round tabled with real estate lawyers, brokers, agents, local government officials, and economists that advise the Texas Legislators. i’m in it to win it for you.
