We will tour properties & assess each one’s ability to fulfill your list & meet any financial limitations. Once a desired property is chosen I will share market research, assist you in forming an offer & negotiate to get you the best terms possible. Once under contract I will guide you through deadlines & coordinate the activities of all professionals involved, all the way through closing. A specialized photographer captures your property’s best features to promote its’ potential & I offer tips to maximize its’ showing power. I negotiate on your behalf & lead you through to closing.
