I am a degreed Industrial Engineer and graduated from Texas Tech in 1989. Prior to my real estate career, I worked in both the defense and consumer products industries for several years. My areas of specialty include Budget Preparation and Analysis, Manufacturing, Operations Research (scheduling), Supply Chain Operations, and Project Management.
As an engineer, I have extensive experience creating budgets, as well as managing them. Strategic planning, critical path forecasting along with cost analysis are also skills I have refined over my time in industry. Additionally, my financial experience includes cost analysis evaluations in order to provide a systematic approach to decision making. As a REALTOR professional, I strive to use the skills I have acquired over my years of industry experience to further home ownership and assist my clients in navigating the buying/selling process.
As a REALTOR in West Texas, we are surrounded by rural communities. I am familiar with farming, ranching, and small towns throughout the South Plains and Panhandle. My familiarity however is not limited to just Lubbock, I have business and REALTOR experience across the South Plains and Permian Basin. This includes farm, ranch, mineral interest and residential involvement. I am an advocate for home and/or land ownership both through education and practice.
I am certified as C2EX and GRI, as well as a graduate of the Texas REALTOR Leadership Program (2017). I have also completed the NAR Fairhaven interactive fair housing and diversity training.
