Texas REALTOR®: Shelyna Tinglin

I earned a Master’s in Education with a focus on educational leadership from Texas A&M Commerce. With four teaching certifications, including administration, I’ve dedicated 15 years to education while also pursuing a dual career in real estate.

I’ve developed continuing education programs for realtors, created curricula, and hosted masterminds, conferences, and retreats. I’m a licensed real estate broker, certified trainer, mentor, and agent development director, approved to teach Texas Realtors and NAR Designation courses. I’m also a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program.

As a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program graduate and ambassador, I’ve spoken at prestigious organizations like Goldman Sachs, The Federal Reserve, and Title Company Mastermind Groups. I’ve also made TV appearances on A&E’s ‘Zombie House Flipping’ and ‘Hot on Homes,’ and I facilitate Brian Buffini’s ‘100 Days to Greatness’ program.

Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors for Collin County Area Realtors, chair the Professional Development and Education Committee, and member of the Texas Real Estate Commission Education Standards Advisory Committee.

I’m an author with a self-published book, ‘What They Don’t Teach You In Real Estate School,’ available on Amazon. Additionally, I’m involved in my community, especially with local youth organizations and my Sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
