Professional experience includes but not limited to Coaching and developing top leaders in the wireless industry for over 22 years. Recognized as a Corporates Retail/Leadership trainer and Training Manager with sessions to include: Leading Across Generations, Coaching Optimal Performance, Learning your Behavioral Style, and Core Skills to Developing Leaders, to name a few.
Transitioning from Corporate America to Real Estate in 2016 to join my mom, building a legacy for our family. Despite the setbacks in 2020, set a goal to become a Broker, which was accomplished in December of 2020.
Recently names Director of Training for our Brokerage, Competitive Edge Realty , along with becoming a Broker Associate allows me to continue to be a leader amongst my peers and within the Real Estate community. Looking forward to more to come in 2021, and beyond.
