Job Hammond is a real estate practitioner, industry leader, and academic who incorporates drive, energy, and passion into all real estate related activities. His previous work experience is within the technology industry, where he worked for both Fortune 500 companies and emerging start-up organizations.

As a Broker-Associate at Dash Realty, he was recognized as the 2019 REALTOR of the Year by the Austin Board of REALTORS. His focus areas include relocation, investors, listings, first-time buyers, and those looking to move up. Job Hammond serves as Adjunct Professor of Real Estate & Finance at Austin Community College. He has earned both an Associate’s Degree and Certificate in Real Estate from Austin Community College. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Tarleton State University and a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce. As a believer in lifelong learning, he has earned 30 real estate designations/certifications/endorsements. He has taken more than 330 real estate classes totaling nearly 3,000 hours to the benefit of himself and his clients. During COVID-19, Job completed an “education marathon” where he completed 72 real estate classes totaling 491 hours in 3 months.

Job enjoys giving back to his profession and is serving as a Director for the 2019-2022 Board of Directors at the Austin Board of REALTORS, 2020-2022 Board of Directors for the Texas Association of REALTORS, and the 2021-2024 Board of Directors at the Real Estate Business Institute. Supporting diversity is essential to Job, and he will serve as 2023 President of the Austin Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America. He was nominated to serve as Regional Vice President in 2023-2024 for the Texas Association of REALTORS.
