My career as an agent started in August of 2015 in Abilene, TX, and have recently married the love of my life, and relocated to the beautiful area of Kingwood, TX. Over the past 30 years, I have worked in many customer service capacities including a 10-year career as a flight attendant. During those years, I learned the critical skills of presenting a calming and confident presence in stressful and exciting situations, as well the qualities of patience, efficiency, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
