Within a mere two years, Jason ascended to the esteemed position of district manager, overseeing a vast territory spanning 11 stores across East Texas and Louisiana.
In 2005, fueled by his entrepreneurial spirit, Jason made the bold decision to transition from the corporate landscape to become a proud business owner. Acquiring the Sears Hometown Store in Cleburne, TX, he infused it with his vision and passion, steering it to unprecedented success over nearly a decade of dedicated ownership.
In 2014, Jason’s expertise caught the attention of a franchise company in Texas. Entrusted with overseeing 11 Sears Outlet locations as Divisional Vice President, he consistently worked to provide the highest level of customer service in his stores and support to his teams.
In 2017, Jason’s journey led him to Potts Realty Group, where he strived to make an indelible mark as a lead agent and broker associate. With Fathom Realty, he has consistently ranked among the top-performing agents for an impressive seven years, earning accolades and recognition as one of the top 100 agents in the Fort Worth area by DFW Real Producers, out of over 20,000 agents!
In July 2024, Jason purchased the Potts Realty Group team and rebranded it to reflect his love for Texas and all that being a “Texan” embodies. The team is now known as Texan Heritage Realty Group.
