Angela has been a commercial real estate professional since 2005 and is licensed in both Texas and Florida. Her experience and expertise includes marketing, sales, leasing, and portfolio management of office, retail, medical, technology, flex-space, multi-family, and industrial properties, as well as acquisitions, due diligence, and project redevelopment. She specializes in working with owner-developers on acquisitions for investments and re-development as well as leasing. Angela’s professionalism, diplomacy, creativity, resourcefulness, tenacity, and vision are the key components in assisting her clients and customers with achieving their investment goals. One of her favorite inspirational quotes is from the Star Wars saga: “Do, or do not. There is no try.” She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, previously served on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Melissa, and is a current member of the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Denison.
