Hello there! I’m Emily Valenzuela, your helpful licensed residential REALTOR with eXp Realty, a helpful mortgage loan originator with Rocket Mortgage Pro, and a dedicated buy-and-hold real estate investor.

Beyond all the titles, I’m just someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and believes in finding creative solutions that lead to fantastic outcomes for everyone involved. I also believe that real estate can and should be more than just a home. It also provides a variety of investment vehicles that I am passionate about helping more people discover.

My interests extend beyond the confines of the real estate world. I have three beautiful children that are my greatest teachers in life. I have a passion for travel, exploring possibilities, and discovering helpful solutions. All these things fuel my desire to create a portfolio of cash-producing assets and to keep exploring a variety of small business opportunities.

I’m a firm believer in recycling, repurposing, and reusing, not just in real estate but in all aspects of life. It’s incredible how we can turn something old or discarded into something new and useful.
