As a Licensed Transaction Coordinator (TC), is assists real estate agents by performing the duties required during each stage after a listing agreement is signed or a contract has been executed for a buyer or seller. As a TC I act as a liaison between the escrow officer, lender, buyer(s), sellers, and Realtors. Responsibilities are including but not limited to ensuring contract deadlines are met, reviewing contracts, amendments, and broker required disclosures for accuracy and completion, coordinating showings and inspections, updating clients, corresponding with the cooperating broker, lender updates.
