In 1999, I moved to the Houston area and I own and manage many of my own rental properties including long-term, corporate, and vacation rentals. I’ve achieved Airbnb Superhost status and have remained a Superhost for many years. Due to my varied experience with different types of rentals, I have a unique perspective and can help you decide on the route to achieving the highest return on your investment properties.
I also love teaming with sellers and buyers of any age, and have a my SRES designation – Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I’ve decided to focus my energies here because I am a senior (defined as 50+) and I’ve gone through the struggles and real estate decisions that come with aging parents. My goal is to help seniors and their families through these transitions as smoothly and effortlessly as possible.
