Skilled and seasoned in home purchases, rehab and negotiation; Jennifer applies her experiential competence in coordinating stress-free home sales transactions for San Antonio homebuyers and sellers. Drawing from her corporate background, Jennifer is highly proficient with business administration, project supervision and the management of details crucial to the success of her home-buying and home-selling clients. She counts herself fortunate to be rooted in the San Antonio community and being able to count on relationships with San Antonio’s best real estate professionals, escrow officers, mortgage loan officers, general contractors, other colleagues and friends in the community. An additional value benefitting Jennifer’s clients is her BA in Business Admin, (minoring in Human Resources), and her formal real estate education completed prior to earning her real estate licensure. Jennifer occupies her time off by traveling to adventurous destinations and simply enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs.
