About Me
Since 2018, I have worked in the property management sector, which is my passion and honor. After becoming licensed in Texas in 2019, I have grown my knowledge and experience by expanding my work with buyers and sellers to maximize their homes marketability, put in strong offers aligned to buyer clients’ budgets, and in 2020 during the pandemic shutdowns, I helped stay on top of quickly changing developments to implement contactless business practices to keep our management clients’ homes profitable–even filming video tours available to prospects on demand, wearing PPE for live showings, and partnering with photographers who webhost virtual 360 tours to best market homes for sale when buyers were stuck in their own homes. When the market shifts, I have a wealth of resources and vendor partnerships to keep clients’ goals at the forefront! Do I love HGTV? Absolutely! But I also know that beautiful homes get that way by hard work, a dedicated work ethic, and excellent vendor partners who are craftspeople in their trade — which does not happen in 30 minutes! I love a zombie home transformation as much as the next person, but my real talent is researching to ensure a property is sellable and priced and marketed to meet client expectations.
