Josh delivers results that exceed expectations and creates victories for his clients. Using his empathy and competitive nature, he advocates tirelessly for each of his clients to provide an extraordinary experience. When faced with complex challenges, he engages his creative drive to march a deal across the finish line. Josh wants to become your real estate resource for life.
Josh traces his beginning in real estate to Texas A&M University, where he earned a Master of Land and Property Development degree. This rigorous graduate program included work in finance, market analysis, architecture and construction. Josh deepened his educational experience by serving as the Industry Relations Chair for the Real Estate Development Association. In addition, he was selected to represent Texas A&M in a national, two-week competition sponsored by the Urban Land Institute. In his final semester, he served as a Graduate Assistant focused on technology integration and student recruitment.
Within the real estate industry, Josh has served as an Analyst for a commercial development firm and a global single-family investment firm. Through these experiences, Josh is capable of providing a comprehensive investment approach to every transaction. He commands an understanding of the forces that drive value and will equip you to make the best possible decision. When you work with Josh, you’ll notice his responsiveness, patience and ability to explain each step of the process, backed by solid market analysis.
Outside of real estate, one of Josh’s greatest passions is music. As a classically trained pianist, he studied at the University of North Texas in their nationally acclaimed piano program and graduated Cum Laude. While living in Denton, he acquired the love for jazz, inspiring him to lead his own quartet that performs at weddings, wineries and festivals. Josh is an active member of Art House Dallas, a non-profit whose mission is to cultivate creativity for the common good. He also serves on the Dallas chapter of the UNT Steering Committee.
As a 6th generation Texan, Josh grew up in Fort Worth and has deep connections to the Westside. From his first football game at TCU to having Prom in the Stockyards, Josh grew up loving everything North Texas has to offer. His family relocated from Dallas when Josh won the prestigious Head’s Scholar award from All Saints’ Episcopal School.
Josh currently resides in the Knox/Henderson neighborhood of Dallas and is an Eagle Scout.
