About Me

My name is Madison Collier. I am an East Texas transplant from Sugar Land, Texas. In 2010, I moved to Marshall to attend East Texas Baptist University where I received both my bachelors and masters degrees. During my time there, I fell in love with the people, culture, and scenery. East Texas felt like home. I now live on a farm outside of town with my sweet husband, our two boys, and one very spoiled fur baby.

Ever since I can remember, I have had a passion for helping people; often finding myself coaching sports teams, volunteering in the community, or working with the youth at my church. Since 2017, I have been dipping my toes into the world of real estate while working for Blair Abney, the real estate appraiser and broker at Abney Valuation Group. I have assisted with all types of property appraisals ranging from small tracts of land to 1,000+ acre ranches, multi family housing units, all types of commercial properties, and residential properties ranging from manufactured homes to multi-million dollar mega houses. It didn’t take long to realize I should combine my passion for helping people with my knowledge of real estate.
