I have been a loyal, and contributing, citizen of of El Paso, Texas for over 27 years. Prior to residing in El Paso, I was born in Managua, Nicaragua and was raised in Los Angeles, California. Upon arriving to Fort Bliss as a young United States Army Soldier, my heart was captured with this incredible city I now call my home. Having discovered that El Paso is astoundingly rich and intertwined in countless cultures and diverse features, I found that those who reside here still managed to maintain a casual and serene approach to life. I loved it. I knew I had found my home.
Before I became a Real Estate agent, I devoted the last 13 years of my life to serving the El Paso community as a Fleet Manager and Divisional Team Leader. This occupation had me covering an immense amount of land all the way from Arizona, to New Mexico and Texas! During my tenure we were able to standardize operations, become incredibly more efficient and even managed to increase communication within sites, personnel, and leadership. With my prior experience, I am no stranger to deadlines, nor stress! I have been able to prove myself, and my skills to be utterly efficient when asked to perform under pressure. The key to our success lies in the top down servant leadership approach. It is important to provide a listening ear to be able to understand someone, and not to just listen to simply reply, to do as you say and say as you do. Most importantly, remain humble despite of a leadership title. Once a team has trust for one another, only then will the team find the utmost success, together. With an established trustful bond we have been able to operate safer (greatly reducing injuries and accidents), and more productively. In turn these efforts made us more profitable and have been incredibly beneficial to us as a team. I ensure you that I will bring that same dedication and work ethic to serve your real estate needs.
In addition, I also take great pride in dedicating time to our community youth as a little league baseball coach, a boxing coach and as a Wish Granter to the Make A Wish foundation. I am a devoted family man, husband, and father to 3 young men.
