About Me
Nick is a native San Antonian whose passion for people was borne of his 30 plus years in the hospitality industry. As a REALTOR® and 3rd generation restaurateur, he draws on personal experience to ensure his clients’ real estate needs are fully met, both commercial and residential. Nick joined The Jones Group with Phyllis Browning in 2020, turning a decade-long friendship with Greg and Ann into a new adventure.
Nick has an extensive academic background, earning a BA at the University of Texas, a Master of Urban Affairs and Planning at Boston University, and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University. His years in academia taught him the discipline of research, complex concepts and problem solving. His years in hospitality taught him about people and transactions – listening, understanding, guiding, negotiating, anticipating and resolving. Nick is resourceful, experienced at thinking outside the box and passionate on behalf of his clients.
