A fierce negotiator, Flor gained professional experience as a marketing executive for a Latin American oil and gas company for over a decade. Through managing many people and projects, Flor learned the finer points of critical marketing strategies as well as negotiating high-level contracts. Flor, a certified scuba diving instructor, also for a time ran her own scuba excursion business in Miami where she enjoyed connecting with every client. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Flor is well-equipped to serve buyers and sellers from many different backgrounds.
