About Me
Fermin Valdez, REALTOR® comes to The Hesles Agency as a graduate of the Champion School of Real Estate as well as a graduate from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Fermin spent the last 14 years as a dedicated Supervisory Border Patrol Agent where he developed leadership skills, aided new agent development, and helped the agency achieve the goals set by the Border Patrol Chief at the national level. After his service as a border patrol agent, Fermin re-kindled his passion to practice real estate and his desire to help clients accomplish their goals in any real estate transaction. During his studies, Fermin learned all aspects of the residential process by working on two home builds from generating contracts to closing. Fermin is an active member in his church community and enjoys golfing, traveling, and working on his ranch in his free time.
