About Me
Lorilee Broderson is a citizen of the world who decided to settle on Lake Lyndon B. Johnson. Having spent time in Colombia, South America, and Mexico, after returning to the States, she made the great state of Texas her home.
Growing up internationally, Lorilee has traveled extensively and also speaks fluent Spanish. Her Lone Star Heart is thrilled that she and her husband have now returned to Texas and her beloved Hill Country. Before coming home, she was a licensed realtor for four years in Louisiana. But regardless of what state or even what country she has lived in, she is always drawn to the water and considers her family “water people.”
Lorilee refers to herself as a “Real Estate Junkie.” Even before gaining her license, she was involved in the real estate process. She worked in marketing and management for new commercial properties and helped with their staging. Plus, Lorilee and her husband flipped houses.
Her proximity to Lake LBJ and her efforts to always be on the water makes her the perfect lake expert. Not to mention, she was Employee of the Year from a national real estate developer in Dallas, Texas. She was also in the Top 20% of the largest real estate agency in Alexandria, Louisiana.

When Lorilee is not helping clients find their dream homes, she spends her days swimming, boating, and traveling with her husband, Stephen, and their dog Buddy.
